She got tired of optimizing food for shelf life and started optimizing it for real kitchens instead. Based in Atlanta, Aisha brings technical precision to recipe development - she's the one who can tell you exactly why your protein pancakes turned out rubbery and how to fix it. Her specialty is adapting West African and Caribbean recipes into high-protein versions that respect the original flavors.
